ከማኅበረሰቡ ተነጥለው የነበሩትን ወደ ማህረሰቡ እንዲቀርቡ ማድረግ።
ተመልሰው አምራች ዜጋ በመሆን እራሳቸውን፣ ቤተሰባቸውን እና አገሪቷን የሚጠቅሙበትን መንገድ ለማመቻቸት ከሚመለከተው ክፍል ጋር በመነጋገር በሥራ መስክ እንዲሰማሩ መርዳት።
